“To promote preventive healthcare and well-being in vulnerable communities through awareness and action”
In line with our vision for a healthier, happier and more equitable society, QFK Reformer focuses on improving access to healthcare for communities that lack adequate medical facilities. Good health is essential for learning, earning and living with dignity and it forms a vital pillar of overall community development.
Through QFK Health & Wellbeing, we organise medical camps where qualified and compassionate doctors provide free consultations, basic diagnostics and essential medicines. These camps also serve as platforms for health education empowering individuals and families with knowledge to take informed decisions, prevent illness and adopt healthier lifestyles.
We are particularly committed to supporting families who are unable to seek timely medical care due to financial limitations. Recognising the close link between health, gender equity and social well-being, our upcoming initiatives place special emphasis on women’s health. This includes raising awareness about menstrual hygiene, ensuring access to essential products and creating safe spaces for open dialogue enabling women to manage their health with dignity and confidence.
In addition, we aim to strengthen maternal and child healthcare by introducing awareness and support programmes that address nutrition, early care and disease prevention. These efforts are designed to reduce preventable health risks and support healthy growth during critical stages of life.
We also prioritise the wellbeing of senior citizens, beginning with free eye check-ups and the distribution of eyeglasses to improve vision and quality of life. Over time, we plan to expand these services to include general health screenings and tailored awareness sessions that address age-specific health concerns.
Through these integrated efforts, QFK Health & Wellbeing supports not just physical wellness, but the broader foundations of education continuity, economic stability and social inclusion ensuring that vulnerable groups have the care, knowledge and resources needed to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
